Most families wish they'd had better lactation support and knowledge when nursing their babies. Breastfeeding involves both instinct and learned skills. Like walking, it is natural, but it often starts with some wobbles and even falls. That's why there is a Lactation Doula to walk with you.
I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and I offer in-home lactation support, education, and care.

We begin prenatally with breastfeeding education, planning, and goal-setting putting you and baby best feet forward before your baby is even born! Then I'm there postpartum to support and guide you towards reaching your unique breastfeeding goals.
