Why Get Perinatal+ Hermana Support?
For many women, the procreative journey is bumpy, confusing, stressful, and sometimes traumatic. Many uncomfortable and even devastating feelings may come up, like sadness, anxiety, guilt, grief, or inadequacy. No woman or family should experience these feelings alone. A Perinatal+ Hermana offers support through these times as a reassuring, compassionate, and knowledgable presence. You may choose to have just one or several sessions.
While it is not a replacement for mental health therapy, a Perinatal+ Hermana can be a stepping stone while you wait for therapist availability if needed. I am trauma-trained and trauma-informed and have quick and affordable appointment availability. Your Perinatal+ Hermana session can help you feel more grounded and clear as you make decisions about your health and mental health needs moving forward.
When do I contact a Perinatal+ Hermana?
Anytime following a difficult perinatal experience like fertility concerns, miscarriage, or pregnancy termination. Whether it happened today or even if it was long ago, I'm here to help.
