Support Made Simple
Perinatal Hermana Services
Perinatal Hermana Sessions
As simple and accessible as it gets... you don't have to wait weeks or months for a session and it's affordable. It's almost like picking up the phone and calling a friend, except your Perinatal Hermana is skilled and experienced in supporting women going through what you're going through, is always judgement-free, and can be a natural stepping stone to other support. My goal is to make your procreative path easier and more meaningful.
What is a Perinatal Hermana?
A skilled perinatal peer support person helping women at any point in the perinatal period. A Perinatal Hermana provides fast and direct emotional support, information, and guidance to women through low-pressure, convenient virtual or phone sessions, complementing the doula's role by filling in any gaps:
Early pregnancy
(Prenatal Hermana coverage)

Late postpartum
(Postpartum Hermana coverage)

Fertility
Before conception
Difficult procreative health transitions
(Perinatal+ Hermana coverage)
What kind of Perinatal Hermana do you need?
For
"I just found out
I'm pregnant!"
Or for anything
pregnancy related.
For
"I gave birth a while ago but I have new questions and feelings."
Or for anything postpartum related.
For
"I experienced something difficult in my procreative path."
Or for anything
procreative health related.
What's the difference between a Perinatal Hermana and a doula?
A doula is a wonderful thing, but finding a doula can be a longer and more involved process. Doulas are typically more expensive (although worth every penny!) since they offer packages and more intensive services. A Perinatal Hermana has quick, as-needed appointment availability and affordable, low pressure sessions that don't require much of your time, energy, or planning. Women need support in their procreative path, however it unfolds. Doulas can help A LOT. But they also have a lot on their plate with the fervent hands-on support they give. A Perinatal Hermana compliments the doula's role, filling in any gaps there may be with support.
